LATINASTRONG SCHOLAR BENEFITS
As a LatinaStrong Scholar, you’ll become part of our empowering community and may be eligible to receive an academic scholarship based on available funding.

10 scholars are selected based on merit. Award amounts are $1,500 each.

Plan to pursue a career in any health education program

Enrolled or plan to enroll part-time or full-time in an accredited, public or not-for-profit, four-year university, or graduate school in the US, for the 2025-2026 academic year

Must be a U.S. citizen, DACA recipient, or permanent legal resident

Z

Scholars will donate 20 hours of volunteer work with LatinaStrong or LatinaStrong partner events.

Z

Minimum of 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale (or equivalent) for high school students; minimum of 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale (or equivalent) for college and graduate student
