As a LatinaStrong Scholar you will be a member of our community and be eligible to receive a scholarship depending on available funds.

10 scholars are selected based on merit. Award amounts are $1,500 each.

• Must be a U.S. citizen, DACA recipient, or permanent legal resident
• Plan to pursue a career in any health education program
• Minimum of 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale (or equivalent) for high school students; minimum of 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale (or equivalent) for college and graduate student
• Enrolled or plan to enroll part-time or full-time in an accredited, public or not-for-profit, four-year university, or graduate school in the US, for the 2023-2024 academic year
• Scholars will donate 20 hours of volunteer work with LatinaStrong or LatinaStrong partner events.
