Petra Fimbres is the Founder and Executive Director of LatinaStrong®️ and a respected community leader with more than 30 years of experience advancing health equity through collaborative, community-driven initiatives. She has served on local and national health boards, helping raise critical funds to support health research, culturally responsive programming, and essential community health services while expanding access to health education, prevention, and care for Latinas across Arizona and nationally. In addition to her nonprofit leadership, Petra is the owner of Latin Focus Solutions, a Marketing and Sports Management company representing professional athletes and mission-aligned organizations and serves as Business Development Liaison for Nima Salari, MD, FAAOS, an Orthopedic Spine Surgery Specialist in Arizona. She is also the founder of Frida’s Garden, and served on multiple boards, including the Maricopa Medical Society Board of Trustees, Los Abogados, the National Association of Hispanic Nurses Communications Committee, and as Chair of the National Hispanic Medical Association – Phoenix Chapter.
